An amazing folk art box from the 1930s US Great Depression Era. This strangely handsome piece of folk art was crafted completely out of discarded items of the time. The wood box is constructed from knotty pine and pinewood ply. The handle and latches come from an old suitcase and the hinges are antique strap hinges.
