Vintage 1950s Sterling Silver and Abalone CYVRA Fish and Mermaid Ring. This wonderful and iconic CYVRA Fish and Mermaid ring features hand cut abalone shells and whimsical high relief mermaids and fish. The famous CYVRA brand was created by Cyril and Vera Wood in the 1950’s. The original CYVRA designs were made using a hand carved wax casting process. CYVRA has been sought after by many famous people including Oleg Cassini and William Ruser to name just a few. Original CYVRA pieces are rare and highly sought after. This ring is approximately a size 8.  All original and marked with the iconic “Circled C” hallmark. This stunning bracelet is in VG+ (Very Good Plus) vintage condition for mild wear and a small hairline mark in the back of the band (possibly from re-sizing at some point in its life).
