Graded NM- (Near Mint Minus) for mild to moderate signs of age and wear including loose hinges, aged floors and paint wear. A one of a kind handmade fully illuminated and individually switched dollhouse. All lighting has been cleverly designed with soldered loops so lights can be easily replaced. The hardwood floors are loose on the second floor so that wiring can be easily accessed. The lighting system operates from a twelve switch panel that comes with a safety fuse. There is a convenient master on/off switch hidden in the front of the house. This house was built in the early 1980s from solid hardwoods and early custom dollhouse exteriors. Extremely sturdy, this large dollhouse has great detail and amazing engineering that make it a rare folk-art gem. Built in the early 1980s, the house measures an impressive 27″ H X 27″ D X 26″ W. The first floor has a dining room, kitchen, foyer and living room. The second floor has three bedrooms, bathroom and conjoined hallway. The attic is open and used for wiring.
