Renew Antiques Shipping Policies, Procedures & Options
For the protection of our customers, credit cardholders and Renew Antiques; our third-party payment processors require safeguards to protect against online fraud. To finalize and process all orders, customers need to respond to our RENEW ANTIQUES ORDER CONFIRMATION NEEDED email. Email confirmation will include: (1) The customers’ verifiable name, verifiable email and the verifiable phone number associated with the order. (2) Verifiable recipients’ name and a verifiable recipients’ shipping address associated with the order.

NOTE: All addresses must be recognized by USPS as package receipt acceptable and confirmed as a secured shipping location. We make no guarantees about delivery times or days. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure their package is able to be secured and safe at time of delivery. Renew Antiques is not responsible for theft of packages. Renew Antiques reserves the right to request voice-to-voice confirmation of an order and other supporting identifications may be required at our shop’s discretion.

Failure to confirm any of the above requests will result in delay and/or cancellation of your order. Feel free to call our office with any questions.

Renew Antiques reserves the right to cancel and refund any order we feel is fraudulent or potentially harmful to our shop.

All orders generally ship within 1-4 business days after final order confirmation is made.

Renew Antiques works hard to ensure all shipments are packaged with the upmost professionalism. Renew Antiques shipments come with tracking but offers no shipping protections. Customers wishing to add shipping protection, can contact our office at 331-725-1218 to discuss their desired shipping needs and protections.

Shipping protection does not include protection from theft. Customers concerned with theft protection, should contact our office at 331-725-1218 to discuss and select the protection that best meets their needs.

Renew Antiques reserves the right to combine ship orders and select alternate carriers based on size, weight and region of orders.
